Courage of the Spirit
GamesInto my life you came
and
played your little game.
For quiet some time I could resist
and then love put me to the test.
You put all the blame onto me
and
gratefully i just let it be.
Until today when the wake up call came.
Through new eyes I see your game.
Lessons I have learnt
and
it was me being burnt.
So thank you for the time
to really learn.
Peace is now what I deserve.
As you continue to play your games
Look for someone else to blame.
My inner strength, love and belief
does not allow me to play.
The truth I see as clear as day.
This is my journey, not a game.

as I count my blessings I choose
